I recently rented an apartment through Jasmine at Winkworth. I requested to move in earlier than the original proposed date, and they professionally arranged for me to rent the property 3 days sooner. This saved me from having to move my belongings into temporary storage and then move them again — a huge stress relief. Their application process was also very straightforward and reasonable, especially helpful for me with a shorter credit history. From start to finish Winkworth in Banstead were nothing short of fantastic. Alison took us for 2 viewings - she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This wasn't an easy process, with a unstable chain breaking down and causing delay after delay over an 8 month period.
