I've just completed a sale through Winkworth and am really happy with the service I received. Dhruv gave a thorough evaluation which was well informed and gave me a lot more confidence than other agents I spoke to. Sam was able to secure a buyer on the first viewing, and was brilliant throughout the process, keeping everyone informed while I worked through complexities with my onward purchase.

The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. The sale wouldn't have happened without Tom, and I appreciate his dedication.

We have been using Winkworths as our letting agents for over 8 years now. Our property was let and managed through them. They found us a constant stream of tenants (our property was empty for only 2 weeks in 8 years!) Their management service was fantastic; tenant references were reliable, the inventories were prompt and detailed, we were always up to date with what was needed and the status of repairs / safety checks etc. We felt that their commission was good value for money and our rental was paid & recorded promptly and professionally. We would unhesitatingly recommend the Winkworths letting team to anyone in need of a lettings agent.

Winkworth were the second estate agent to market our property. The first were an absolute disaster inaccurate and hurried all the things you think when you hear the words ‘estate agents’! What a difference from Rosella and her team. Professional and accurate always responding to queries quickly. She marketed the property well gave sound advice and provided support and guidance when required. At the end when the deal nearly broke down she stayed calm and professional, professing surprise at buyers decision due to all the money already expended. She was correct, the buyers got their act together and we eventually exchanged and completed within a week at the price originally agreed.
