Our seller used these guys and they may as well have been working for both of us. We had a protracted and painful selling experience ourselves (nothing to do with Winkworth, just the property we were selling being tied up in lots or arcane conveyancing snares) and Anna especially went above and beyond in liaising with, chasing and co-ordinating all the disparate parties needed to make a sale happen. Couldn't recommend using these guys enough, if you're thinking of selling your property.

I went to Winkworth as they had good reviews online - this was about two years ago - due to the pandemic, everyone was leaving London so my apartment was open to rent and potentially difficult to let out. Winkworth were very helpful and successful in helping me to rent it out. There is a reason they have so many good reviews!

I’ve been working with Winkworth for over 15 years in lettings now and they have always been great. In that time, I’ve sometimes used other agencies too and those experiences have shown me that Winkworth really is the best - they listen to what you want, they don’t push what's not suitable and try to convince you, and when you randomly ring up with some problem that is really outside their remit as they don’t manage the property for you - they are still happy to listen and advise. I recently worked with their sales team for the first time and was amazed at how efficient and on the ball they were. They matched me to serious buyers fast (in one case, they didnt even need to market the property), they chased both side solicitors to keep the pace moving, they gave me updates before I heard from my solicitor and they actually got involved to help close out issues. If I had to sum up what's great about Winkworth in one line (it would be hard!) but I'd say - what I valued the most was that they ALWAYS listen and NEVER push what isn't suitable - both Lettings and Sales...just wonderful partners to work with.

Vicky ensured the procedure was efficient and straightforward from initial viewing through to completion, and I received regular updates from Rachel throughout the process letting me know where things were at. This is not the first property i have rented. I am happy with the agency, I have lived in the property for 5 years now. If there is a problem with the property they always resolve it very quickly. Lonnie always helps with all the paperwork and I recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.
