I have to say both Winkworth reps were amazing. George was outstanding with his customer service, going the extra mile at every opportunity and there were quite a few frustrating challenges and delays with the process, none of them due to Winkworth I may add, however George supported myself and the seller fantastically. Communication from George was spot on. He was professional yet empathetic from the moment I spoke to him and as it was a 300 mile move for me and rather emotional changing every aspect of my life, I really appreciated his time, kindness and support. Can't say enough about how brilliant Winkworth are and I would recommend their service wholeheartedly.

Sam always took the time to give advice and render regular updates throughout the process of selling my flat. Despite the fact that the flat took a while to sell, i refused to engage a second agent because i was sure i was in good hands with him.
