Winkworth have been supporting with my letting my flat for more than 20 years. They are fantastic end to end, from finding tenants to helping with managing the paperwork, sending me timely reminders when I need to update things like gas safety certificates. and taking on board feedback when it is shared. Very happy to have had this great partnership for such a long period and long may it continue!

David was excellent throughout the whole buying process. He was available at any time of the day, weekdays and weekends. Always tried to make both parties happy and his help was crucial to get the deal done as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was involved daily checking with all parties involved where things were and chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. Would definitely recommend!

Really professional, friendly and responsive. Especially Linda Jackson who is brilliant at managing lettings, she always keeps us informed. I think Winkworth are great at looking after tenants, and the property. They have been so helpful throughout the entire letting process.

I rented for a year from Winkworth and they were great from start to finish, but the real star player was Mariola - her role involves looking after the needs of those renting with Winkworth and from the very beginning she went above and beyond. She came round on her day off to introduce herself and discuss anything that needed fixing; she was immediately responsive for anything requests or questions I had throughout the whole tenancy. She made everything a breeze and I really appreciated it. I wouldn't hesitate to rent through Winkworth again for this experience. Thanks Mariola!!!

We had a relatively good experience with Winkworth Dulwich. It was a bit slow on communication during the viewing process but once our application was in the management team did a sterling job at overseeing and assisting us with getting everything in order and moved in to the property.
