I sold my flat through Winkworth this year and they provided a really great service. I would highly recommend them. Imogen and Charles from the sales team were very patient and helpful at taking me through the whole process from appraisal to completion of sale. I felt their initial appraisal was very fair; despite the restrictions of Covid they managed to show the flat and get an offer within price expectations, and within a good time frame. They were excellent at keeping me up to date with progress and tried to make sure everything happened in the most timely fashion possible. I would happily use them again.

We have rented property out in Tiverton for nearly 20 years, initially with Watts & Sons who were excellent, but after they were taken over by Diamond we had nothing but problems - too many to list here. Moving to Winkworth has been a blessing, Candiss and Ellie in lettings are a delight, very capable and simply easy to work with. Oliver in sales is also very helpful. I would strongly recommend choosing them for lettings management at least.

I’ve been working with Winkworth for over 15 years in lettings now and they have always been great. In that time, I’ve sometimes used other agencies too and those experiences have shown me that Winkworth really is the best - they listen to what you want, they don’t push what's not suitable and try to convince you, and when you randomly ring up with some problem that is really outside their remit as they don’t manage the property for you - they are still happy to listen and advise. I recently worked with their sales team for the first time and was amazed at how efficient and on the ball they were. They matched me to serious buyers fast (in one case, they didnt even need to market the property), they chased both side solicitors to keep the pace moving, they gave me updates before I heard from my solicitor and they actually got involved to help close out issues. If I had to sum up what's great about Winkworth in one line (it would be hard!) but I'd say - what I valued the most was that they ALWAYS listen and NEVER push what isn't suitable - both Lettings and Sales...just wonderful partners to work with.
