Winkworth recently helped me to sell a flat which had a lot of complications around the lease and the freehold company. Kelvin Lac was very patient while these issues were being sorted out and worked hard to keep the buyers onside. He definitely earned his commission on this one!

We selected Ian from a group of three estate agents who submitted valuations for a family members property. We were drawn to his professionalism and market knowledge when appraising the property.
