I have previously searched with other agencies, but Winkworth is in a class of their own. This is my second flat I rent through them. Not only do they provide superb service, they go out of their way to make the (unpleasant) process of searching for a flat pleasant (and actually show they care!). I would like to specifically note and thank Federico Young, and will not think of using any other agency in the future. THANKS!

Really can’t rate this agency enough! As someone looking to let, I always feel a bit sidestepped when working with real estate agencies- in the past (with diff agencies) I’ve been cancelled on last minute, left at doors for a viewing that doesn’t happen, emails not being responded to, just left in the dark really… all of this being a fraught procedure haha—in the past I have purposefully gone with private landlords because of this. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience- it has been a process that has been very thorough and human- with lots of clear, helpful, personable communication, organization and calm every step of the way. So grateful for Orlando and Stephanie W who organised everything and made this an actually lovely, smooth experience. I came with a lot of questions and anxieties and they would respond very quickly and with lots of patience and insight. My boyfriend and I are moving into our absolute dream dream flat in a few weeks! And I don’t think we would have been able to without them. Thank you so much— 10000% recommend!

I could not fault the service we had from Andrew at Winkworth in Petersfield, totally efficiency and trustworthy, we were kept updated at each stage and most importantly for all sellers achieved a price we were very happy with. I would certainly recommend this local estate agent.

I had 2 weeks to find somewhere to rent, every other estate agent said they had nothing and that was that. Winkworth had multiple options and were very speedy when it came to viewings and getting the paperwork done. Very professional and lovely people, highly recommend!

Aaron and his team at Winkworth’s Kensal Rise were all outstanding with the process of letting out my flat. They were all v professional with what turned out to be a short process. In fact a deal was reached within 48 hours of going online and the tenant started their contract 6 days later. They have great local knowledgeable and their fee is very fair.
