I initialled had booked for Winkworth and another estate agents to value our house, but after my first meeting with Sam decided to cancel the other company and proceed with Winkworth, which is testament to Sam and the great job he did in preparing for our valuation. He was knowledgeable, professional but also didn’t come across too pushy which for me is always a worry with things like selling your house. He has kept us fully informed throughout the sale process and managed to market our house so that it sold in less than a week for more than the asking price. From the very outset, George was professional and knowledgeable regarding valuation and sales and the marketing sales materials were put together quickly. We were very pleased with the high number of potential buyers Winkworth invited to view and with the high number of offers and speed of the sale. Throughout the entirety of the transaction Jade, in particular, maintained a consistent correspondence, was very patient and ensured we were always kept in the loop.
