We had a fantastic experience both buying and selling our property through Winkworth. All staff have been incredibly helpful and provide fab customer service. When selling our property, Sam was very patient with us and walked us through every step of the process which was so useful for us and gave reassurance when needed. Our sale went through very speedily and believe it was down to Winkworth and their reccomendations for solicitors who made it go so smoothly.

Aaron and his team at Winkworth’s Kensal Rise were all outstanding with the process of letting out my flat. They were all v professional with what turned out to be a short process. In fact a deal was reached within 48 hours of going online and the tenant started their contract 6 days later. They have great local knowledgeable and their fee is very fair.

We have had the best experience with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Winkworth, I hope they take notice. I must admit we were difficult tenants, in a more-so difficult property. None the less, nothing was too much hassle and every encounter with the letting agent was a pleasant and quite often hilarious experience, even on the most testing days. I could go on for hours but Winkworth is the best. through 9 years of tenancy across London I have never felt so at home and in control when it comes to our Flat. they our everything you would wish from a landlord. efficient, quick, friendly and welcoming always ready to jump on the horse and fix any problem within in literally minutes even going way beyond the call of duty particularly with one of the team, Adam, who has fought tooth and nail to sort out a problem that technically he could have just let slip as it was to do with the really the building managers responsibility and the landlord of another flats issue to sort. despite this he did it and as soon as I got him onto the case it was sorted within days. thank you again so much for having us I have never felt so relaxed and really like I have made a home here without feeling like i am constantly being observed or untrusted to look after a home and instead trusted to get on with life and in the end that is what anyone really wants but to do it with such support is amazing and i can safely say we look forward to staying on if they will have us. in short if you can find it with Winkworth stop your search and go to your new home, they have the matt to welcome you already waiting! good luck in your search and if you have found a slice of heaven with this amazing team congratulations.
