Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I've used lots of estate agents over the years but always use Tom for things in Cheltenham. He goes the extra mile, even picking up keys from my mother's house on one occasion. And is never too busy to answer the phone and do what needs to be done. Can't fault his service.

We have recently completed on our property and as first time buyers we had no idea what to expect but Catherine kept us up to date so regularly which really put us at ease. Every single process we felt was so smooth sailing due to Catherine being so attentive and genuinely just very caring about our situation and getting us in our property as quickly and smoothly as possible. We couldn’t of asked for anything more to be honest, the whole thing from start to finish has been a pleasure and even now, Catherine has still been checking in on us to check everything is ok.
