I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

He genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service to his clients and consistently goes above and beyond. For example, on his day off he drove across London to show me a house because he thought it would be the perfect fit for me. He is certainly one of the good guys and is excellent at what he does.
