Winkworth were great in selling our home and achieving asking price. From start to finish their service was fantastic especially in the sales progression stage where thier professionalism shone through. I would highly recommend.

Winkworth generally and Finlay Cook specifically have been second to none for the entire process of selling my flat. I was at one of their competitors for some time, but was so glad that I switched. Finlay was pro-active, kind and solution orientated every juncture and I could not have been happier.

Our seller used these guys and they may as well have been working for both of us. We had a protracted and painful selling experience ourselves (nothing to do with Winkworth, just the property we were selling being tied up in lots or arcane conveyancing snares) and Anna especially went above and beyond in liaising with, chasing and co-ordinating all the disparate parties needed to make a sale happen. Couldn't recommend using these guys enough, if you're thinking of selling your property.

Andrew and his team have been extremely professional and were instrumental in getting our flat sold in adverse market conditions. I would definitely consider using them again for a future sale. Many thanks once again to the team!

I just wanted to leave a big thank you to Winkworths, and in particular Tania, who isn't even my estate agent. We were due to purchase a property from a vendor managed by Winkworths and they turned out to be really difficult for all involved. Tania handled every difficulty with complete professionalism and empathy to all parties. This process didn't work out, and we had to go our separate ways, but it's only fair to say how well this was handled. I would highly recommend Winkworths to others in future, the pain and frustration of a purchase slowly falling apart would have been much harder without them.
