The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution. Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering.
