Emily, in the Lettings Department at Winkworth, has been excellent in the whole process of getting my property ready to rent out and securing a tenant for me. She knows a whole network of people who did all the checks and certificates required for the property in very quick time, and she answered all my questions and queries promptly and professionally. As first time renters we had a really good experience with Winkworth, things were dealt with very quickly. We were able to go for a viewing later than normal hours and knew whether our offer was accepted only the day after making an offer. Everything was handled very smoothly throughout the process! Debbie and the team used up to date techniques to photograph our property to give a better sense of the place and seemed to truly understand the value of the property without over estimating. Debbie was patient and driven in selling our property with a personal touch and was great with her communication and always available for updates on viewings. I cannot recommend Michael Anthony highly enough. Despite a challenging market, he successfully sold my flat and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. He genuinely cares about delivering exceptional service to his clients and consistently goes above and beyond. For example, on his day off he drove across London to show me a house because he thought it would be the perfect fit for me. He is certainly one of the good guys and is excellent at what he does. Big thumbs up from me!
