We recently moved from South Africa, As you can imagine, the stress finding the right house for our family, We viewed Winkworth Weybridge website and asked to view a property on the same day. Everything went as you could only dream. Saw the property at 15h00 Wednesday, 17h30. we had an offer accepted, holding deposit paid in the morning . By Friday afternoon, we had all references and checks completed. Kim and Major were nothing short of exceptional. When we are ready to purchase a property, I will not look any further. Winkworth have been helping with letting my flat for over 15 years. They are fantastic end to end, very good service from finding tenants, dealing with all the paperwork to sending reminders when an update is neeed. They never fail, simply perfect!

I didn’t think to leave a review for Winkworth whilst I was working with them as everything went smooth and they did a good job looking after my rental property. I’m now selling the property and I have to say once the tenant moved out and Winkworth has stopped looking after the flat, Anna has gone above and beyond to help me with things that I have needed, which for an estate agent who is no longer being paid to take care of your property goes to show work ethic, care and true integrity.
