Adrian Philpott is a brilliant estate agent. He made the, famously stressful, process of selling our flat feel like a walk in the park. He clearly knows what he is talking about when it comes to real estate and will go the extra mile to help. He was diplomatic, reliable, and a pleasure to work with.

I received excellent initial advice from Simon Jacobs and we had an enquiry the moment the house was on Rightmove. The photos taken of our property showed it in its best light and were done with a normal lens, not a wide-angle, so that prospective buyers get to see what it is really like and are not disappointed when they view the real thing. We had a lot of enquiries in what could be described as a difficult market with the announcement of a general election generating wariness. Jim Heroys followed up with good advice during the negotiating stage and I also received great support from the rest of the team in the Marlborough office. I am sure that Winkworth achieved their objective by pleasing both the buyer and the seller.

Have spent the last few days with Nathan Adamson. Looking at lots of different properties. He was quick thinking and able to find us lots of properties in our search criteria. Really brilliant at his job and couldn’t recommend anyone more. Been a real pleasure working with him.
