At the end of last November we had to find ourselves a house - quickly! We had put our place in East London on the market and we soon had a buyer who was desperate to move in. We had decided to relocate to the New Forest area and booked a four day trip to view the homes we had shortlisted from Rightmove. The first viewing didn’t go well. The house was ludicrously overpriced and the agent very inexperienced. Not a good start. And then we met Rosella Short from Winkworth. She had arranged viewings of 3 homes in the Ferndown locale. We were impressed from the get go. A very professional, driven, intense yet engaging agent. Before we viewed the third one she described the house as a “lovely home”. She called it right, we absolutely loved it, carried on with our other viewings over the next few days but at the end of the trip on a Friday evening we called Rosella who managed our offer with the seller successfully. We went back to London tired but happy. Over the next 3 months as we worked on compiling the sale and purchase documents we kept in touch with Rosella who, with typical high energy, responded by return and guided us on the issues arising. If you want to sell your home in the Ferndown look no further, Rosella is very good at what she does and does what she says she is going to do. We would have given her 6 stars if we could
