Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Our experience with this estate agent was mixed. At the start of our tenancy, communication was poor — we were left without heating for nearly two months and had to constantly chase for updates, which was frustrating.
