Alex Marle in the lettings team was fantastic from initial call and viewing through to handing me the keys of my flat. Alex is a complete professional. He went above and beyond what I’ve found with other agents - texting me with updates, helping me to navigate the process and even very kindly carrying a large parcel when we did the inventory.
