Could not recommend enough, Neil and his team were amazing. There were complications with other parts of the chain, none of them due to Winkworth Penn Hill but they were the glue that held it all together. They went above and beyond with thier service and were always available to help. They were professional throughout and made the process as easy as possible.

My shared ownership flat was a tough sell and a stressful long-term saga, especially after one buyer pulled out at the last minute due to the prospect of WW3! But Ellie not only stuck to the task, organising the various solicitors, housing associations etc involved in the process to bring it to a successful conclusion, she also kept us as updated and upbeat as possible along the way :) If I knew anyone selling a place in Chiswick or the surrounding area, I would 100% recommend they go straight to Winkworth’s and ask for Ellie - in my experience, you’ll be very glad you did!

In all of my many years of letting from various agencies over the years never have i experienced anything like the service and professional I have faced dealing with Winkworth. It has been outstanding. Beyond words. They have bent over backwards to help me get back on my feet after a difficult few months. I wish I had discovered them years ago and maybe things would have been different. They consider the needs of the individual. I can't recommend Fergus and his f a fantastic team enough. Don't bother with any other agents in the area because Winkworth and their amazing teams in both in the Southbourne and Westbourne branches are the best and you can't top the best. I would give 10 stars if I could 😀

During the process of looking for a house I mainly spoke to an employee named Candiss, during the process she was always quick to answer any queries whether by email or phone. During the house viewing with Candiss she was absolutely lovely and really helped with any worries. Since then she has been constantly in contact regarding next steps walking us through all processes. Overall she has been wonderful and helpful and it has been a pleasure finding our next home with her. 5 stars doesn't quite cut it, I would say 10. I definitely recommend winkworth to anyone looking for their new home and unsure on where to start.
