Not for the first time, the service we received from Winkworths has been exemplary. The first time, some years ago, we weren't even their clients and the service was impressive so it was inevitable that we would use them for our latest move. From the initial contact to the final handover, we couldn't ask for any more. Excellent communication at all stages, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Handling views and handling the chain, the attention to detail and care has been impressive. For once, I can say without fear of contradiction that these guys earn their money. Thank you for making a stressful time, quite a bit less so

We had Emma sell our house in Portslade. She was excellent from the get go. Very respectful of our home, without being asked. She organised a couple of open days and had a multitude of offers a few days later. She helped us choose the best offer for the quick, but reliable, sale that we wanted, and helped us through the arduous journey of buying and selling all the way to completion. She was personable and “on the case” when the transaction needed oiling. Would thoroughly recommend.

The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!
