The most challenging of times to sell a house made bearable by the professionalism and experience of Justin at Winkworth. The first sale was due to complete on 9th April 2020 fell apart just before exchange due to the first Covid lockdown. Who knew what would happen next? Justin found us a tenant quickly who was interested in ultimately buying the house and almost a year to the day after we should have sold, the sale was completed. It has not been without its' stressful moments, but at all times, Justin has been available, understanding and his experience has helped to find a way through. Had concerns about renting out my Mother's home but Winkworth kept to my timescales and were very supportive in what I needed to do to achieve this. Linda has always been on hand to deal with any problems, organising repairs and communicating with tenants with no delays or hesitation.
