Really fond of Winkworth South Ken and especially Sam. We just sold our flat with them and Sam managed to find the right buyer and managed the entire process from A to Z with top notch service. Winkworth and Sam stood out from other agencies as they took the time to understand the history behind the ownership of our property along with the specificities of the property. This enabled them to calibrate the search and target the right buyer. Our flat had been with Foxtons for 2 years and despite them taking lots of buyers to see our property we never ever had credible buyers through the door! Finlay helped us find our new home. We had issues with trying to get everything in order in time for us to move in when our lease ended and Finlay was incredible in following up with solicitors and relaying between ourselves and the sellers so we could get everything in order in time!! Because of Finlay and Winkworth we were able to move in at the perfect time and our experience of buying our new home would have been a lot more stressful without their help!!

Hi everyone, my wife and I were buyers and found Winkworth excellent. They keep in touch and even hand delivered documents to our solicitors who were having some issues with their email system. WE dealt with Kate and Katy and both were very helpful. I imagine Winkworth are also excellent when selling so as buyers we'd certainly recommend them.
