I recently chose to rent my property in Northampton. I chose 3 agents to come round and value the house for rent and discuss the services they could offer. Winkworth were far superior compared to the other agents. They were very supportive in helping me get the house ready for renting and the fees are very competitive. All the staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a little hiccup in the first few days after my tenant moved in but this was sorted swiftly. I highly recommend Winkworth’s to anyone choosing to rent their house.

This is a much belated review, but the kindness and dedication Ade showed in helping us secure a tenancy in the hyper-competitive London rental market really stood out - even many months after our flat hunt.
