I recently chose to rent my property in Northampton. I chose 3 agents to come round and value the house for rent and discuss the services they could offer. Winkworth were far superior compared to the other agents. They were very supportive in helping me get the house ready for renting and the fees are very competitive. All the staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. There was a little hiccup in the first few days after my tenant moved in but this was sorted swiftly. Buyers were found very quickly for my property and despite issues with the chain collapsing a couple of times and lack of communication from other agents, I was really happy with the service provided by winkworth.
