We had a great experience selling our house through Winkworth, our house was sold within a few weeks of marketing and we achieved more than what we were expecting to. They’ve been very on top of chasing solicitors and even helped push our purchase through alongside. We have been kept up-to-date throughout, they’ve made both selling and buying a much smoother process.

We were looking for a property for quite some time in the Highcliffe area. Nick showed us around a couple of properties in our early search. I just sold my flat in Westbourne Park with Kiren Awan at Winkworths North Kensington. What an absolute pleasure she was to deal with. Kiren brought energy and enthusiasm, which I’m convinced was a contributing factor to us getting a great price for our property. She worked hard through the exchange process to ensure things kept moving forward. She was extremely responsive throughout. If you need to sell your property within this area of London, I could not recommend Kiren and Winkworths highly enough.

Very happy with Winkworth who have let my property out again. Primary credit goes to Jenny Wintermeyer (Lettings Manager) and ably supported by Tabitha L who pretty much take on all the stress and headache with their professionalism , diligence and effort. Their responsiveness to queries and their comms on progress is super. I have used other Estate Agents in the area in the past but with Jenny & Tabitha (and am sure other staff members in background) I think Winkworth is a cut above the rest at the moment. Winkworth have been supporting with my letting my flat for more than 20 years. They are fantastic end to end, from finding tenants to helping with managing the paperwork, sending me timely reminders when I need to update things like gas safety certificates. and taking on board feedback when it is shared.
