I cannot recommend Freddie and his team at Winkworth Kensington highly enough. I was looking for a flat in the middle of the rental crisis and was having no luck on my own, or with other agencies. Most agencies stopped helping me in my search the second I mentioned the word ‘student’ and I was being constantly outbid on properties by other tenants… Extremely stressful! Freddie and his team came to the rescue and found my flatmate and I a wonderful flat - even better than what we had been looking for - and at rocket speed. They provided a highly efficient and personal service - often working late at night to secure us our flat. To them, nothing was a problem! The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!
