From start to finish Paul Benge at Winkworth managed the sale of my property. I have been extremely happy with the way this was handled, Paul has a great knowledge of the local market and a good network of contacts. This led to a very quick sale. We experienced a very efficient and professional service from Winkworth. Andy Dickerson, Max Kent & Rachel Ingleby were all available and helpful at every step of our journey. Often the most stressful stage of a house sale/purchase is after the offer has been accepted and things can seem to go a bit quiet whilst everything is happening behind the scenes. Rachel (our sales progressor) telephoned regularly to keep us updated so we knew the sale was always moving forward. We’d certainly use their services again in the future.
