I live overseas and my flat was undergoing renovation when I left the UK in Aug 2022. By the time it was ready to be rented out in Feb 2023, it was already very stressful coordinating the whole process from overseas. Luckily, a neighbour who had known and worked with Josh and Federico for a very long time highly recommended them to me. Federico/Winkworth Kensington was the only estate agent I had contacted only because I was that impressed by the recommendation from my neighbour. Before the flat was rented out, Federico was extremely responsive and flexible. This was much appreciated especially given the time-zone differences. Federico and I were on several calls/messages via Whatsapp/emails all the time to discuss every detail prior to pictures being taken and the flat being advertised. There were still some snaggings from the renovation, and Federico gave excellent suggestions and great advice in terms of what and how to fix them up etc. and he sent me pictures and videos to facilitate my discussions with/instructions to my builders from overseas, which was extremely helpful since it was more difficult to arrange and sort things out from overseas. Throughout the advertising period, Federico was extremely professional and had very high standards of me as a landlord and any prospective tenants, yet was easy-going and very personable. He is very efficient and has great commercial sense and works to a very high standard. There were a few small unforeseen complications which came up, but Federico navigated through these issues with such a high degree of professionalism and patience. He was away on holiday before my tenant had moved in, but he made sure to check in on my paperwork and ensured everything was in order so that my tenant could have a smooth move-in. Federico made the rental process for me easy and seamless. I can't thank him and the Winkworth team enough. I highly recommend their services to any landlord or tenant! Aaron managed everything related to renting my flat. After visiting a lot of estate agents in the area, Aaron was the one that was there to help me decide what I should do with my flat, and he gave me a detailed plan of the expenses. They helped find tenants and sort out all small details throughout the renting process. All the folks in the office were prompt and precise. Overall I feel that I am in good hands. I highly recommend this place

I opted to use the services of the Sleaford branch of Winkworth for three main reasons - • they understood the best way to sell my distinctive semi-rural property • they have a very big reach in terms of marketing, which attracted buyers who decided they would like to move to the area from elsewhere • the staff were professional, yet also friendly and approachable. In fact, a number of them have been working for the company for years, which indicates job satisfaction and means that they have a very good working knowledge of the area It took a little while to find the right buyers for my old, unique home, but the team at Winkworth remained positive throughout the process, and were always on hand to give advice and support.

I use Winkworth to manage a small flat in East Dulwich and I think they are very good. Most people's experience of dealing with letting agents on the management side is (let's say politely) "mixed". Whereas I've found Winkworth to be very responsive and professional, solutions oriented and able to find contractors for repairs etc who are pretty efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg. Special shout out to Sami, Nick and Sam who are great. Sorry if I missed others because the whole team is very good.

Winkworth Newbury have been fantastic. We are trying to buy a house with them, the viewing was really good and then we hit issues after having our offer accepted. Mollie has been so helpful, understanding and treated us so well, the customer service has been exceptionally good. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone selling or buying a property.
