Having recently moved, I bought and sold through Winkworths in Banstead and can honestly say they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. All the staff were very professional whilst being extremely friendly and helpful, responding to any queries as quickly as they possibly could and by doing so helping to make stressful situations much more bearable.

Due to my mum having to go into a care home, I needed her home to be sold pretty fast and at a fair price in order to help towards the costs. Within the first week Rosella arranged an afternoon of viewings which resulted in a number of offers, all above the asking price. The new owners were qualified by Rosella and they completed last week without any drama along the way.
