Faultless from start to finish. We had a bad experience with another local estate agent and it put me off. But these guys have been wonderful. They have helped me so much. Kept me sane, constantly kept in touch. Worth every penny, which was perfectly reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience using Winkworth in Leigh-on-Sea for my recent move into my new home. Special mention to Helen in the lettings team who was incredible through out. If Helen wasn't available for any reason, I was always well looked after by another member of the team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth to anyone buying, selling or renting a property.

Cannot thank Sam enough for his help during what was quite a stressful time. He was always there to answer all my questions and phone calls (and there were lots of them) nothing was too much trouble, communication was always great, keeping us updated and informed throughout. The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!

I have to say that my experience during a recent search with Kelvin Lac was a cut above other estate agents. He is extremely efficient, conscious of the value of your time and provides real world insight that is genuinely valuable rather than platitudes.
