We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

I sold my flat through Winkworth this year and they provided a really great service. I would highly recommend them. Imogen and Charles from the sales team were very patient and helpful at taking me through the whole process from appraisal to completion of sale. I felt their initial appraisal was very fair; despite the restrictions of Covid they managed to show the flat and get an offer within price expectations, and within a good time frame. They were excellent at keeping me up to date with progress and tried to make sure everything happened in the most timely fashion possible. I would happily use them again.
