Neil and the team were excellent from the start with a really professional appraisal and once agreed to sell, the team were constantly updating on progress to market. Again during the sales process Neil, George and Helena were great in advising status and letting us know of any questions from the buyer. The process of moving in was not worthy of a 5 star review, but it would be unfair to give anything less than 5 stars to our property manager Jenny. Cannot recommend Rosella and her team highly enough. From the day she valued our property to completion Rosella went above and beyond, was always on hand to answer any questions we had and replied to emails really quickly seven days a week, even sorting and reassuring when there was a problem down the chain when nobody else could. We recently sold our house with Winkworth and the team at the Hellesdon office were fantastic. We had a smooth start and then some obstacles on the way from various parts of the chain (no fault of Winkworth) but the team, particularly Rachel was very supportive and communicated everything clearly and in a timely manner meaning that we completed on target date. We cannot thank Winkworth enough and would recommend this team to anyone looking to move house!
