The transaction was supposed to be straightforward, but due to the complications with various stakeholders, the sale has taken much longer than necessary. At several critical points, we thought we had lost the deal, but Tom Lewin maintained his professionalism and perseverance throughout. Hannah was fantastic! She was very pro-active, always professional, super fast and kind throughout the whole rental process. She managed all my expectations, in terms of managing timeline, communicating my numerous requests to the landlord, giving me the info I needed and even finding time so we could re-visit the flat to take measurements at a day and time that was convenient for us. And on top of that, what's special about Hannah is that she is not only a terrific agent who knows her market inside out but she is a great listener and a very kind and caring person. Renting a flat is stressful (especially when you are 8 months pregnant) but Hannah makes it really easy and stress-free for you. I would totally recommend Hannah!

Daniel Avci was unfailingly professional, resourceful and pleasant. His manner was reassuringly straightforward, warm and calm to both my husband and me. We felt that he was serving our and the landlord's best interests. When we had questions, he consistently came back to us as soon as he had the answers (which was generally very quickly). We sensed that he truly wanted us to be happy with what we chose. A real credit -- and then some -- to Winkworth. Very highly recommended!
