I have had a phenomenal experience dealing with the letting team at Winkworth North Kensington. Jason was extremely accommodating about arranging viewings, patient in addressing all my frequent questions and concerns, and offered great assistance and advice. Despite the very limited timeline (1 week), I required for arranging an offer and moving in, he was very helpful in making sure I moved in within the specified date and always kept me informed throughout the whole process, for which I'm grateful. Finding and leasing a flat in London can be a very stressful process, but it was definitely a smooth one with Winkworth.

Kenrick was really excellent and especially helpful during our purchase. He has a good sense of humour and was very knowledgeable. I am sure he must have thought me a real nuisance with my many questions and queries. He was equanimity personified. I would certainly use Winkworth when I come to sell the flat

Just recently sold my house with winkworth and cannot thank them enough for all there help during the selling/buying process. Even though I'm lowestoft based they always came out afew times every week to show people round our house. Nothing was ever a problem!! Big thankyou to viv for continuously ringing me with updates on our buyers progress and dealing with there rather awkward solicitor. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Really can’t rate this agency enough! As someone looking to let, I always feel a bit sidestepped when working with real estate agencies- in the past (with diff agencies) I’ve been cancelled on last minute, left at doors for a viewing that doesn’t happen, emails not being responded to, just left in the dark really… all of this being a fraught procedure haha—in the past I have purposefully gone with private landlords because of this. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience- it has been a process that has been very thorough and human- with lots of clear, helpful, personable communication, organization and calm every step of the way. So grateful for Orlando and Stephanie W who organised everything and made this an actually lovely, smooth experience. I came with a lot of questions and anxieties and they would respond very quickly and with lots of patience and insight.
