Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Really good service from Winkworth, from viewing rental properties to moving in. Transparent, helpful, professional throughout. The strong communication skills Rebecca and Linda of Winkworth have were particularly valuable as I moved from an unfurnished let to an unfamiliar area from over 100 miles away, and needed to be kept up to date to organise removal services and work well in advance.

Winkworth and Matt in particular were amazing! After an unsuccessful, lukewarm impersonal experience with a different popular local agent I was pleased I made the move to Winkworth. House sold within weeks and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
