Stuart impressed us from the first time we talked to him about selling our late mother's flat. He and Gemma worked incredibly hard to keep the buyers onside during some drawn-out issues around legal documents. They were always on-hand and reassuring, and eventually the sale completed. Honestly, we can't recommend the team at Winkworth enough.

After visiting a lot of estate agents in the area, Aaron was the one that was there to help me decide what I should do with my flat, and he gave me a detailed plan of the expenses. They helped find tenants and sort out all small details throughout the renting process. All the folks in the office were prompt and precise. Overall I feel that I am in good hands. I cannot recommend Winkworth Estate Agents in Northampton highly enough. Ian Simons and the team are consummate professional, and fantastic people. Nothing, and I mean nothing is to much trouble for them. Ian handled the sale of our house, and the sale of another we were responsible for. It all went very well; difficult situations were dealt with, with minimal stress to ourselves. The buyer of our house was guided every step of the way, as required.
