I would like to say a big thank you to Alex at the Westbourne branch for all the help and advice he has given me recently regarding legislation and regulations relating to how landlords can treat their tenants. My son has been having a few issues and we wanted to find out what his rights were under the circumstances. The best agent I've had the pleasure of subcontracting with. They are honest with us and the landlords. Alex doesn't mark up our invoices to landlords unlike most other agents as he thinks its unethical as he gets a management fee for this work. It's rare to find such honest people these days!

Would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Winkworths. The photos for a start were amazing (compared to another agent I was using for another sale), they really showed the place off. There were (unrelated to Winkworths) issues towards the end of the sale process which Ian personally got involved in and sorted without question. No question, a great estate agent!
