Selling your home is one of the worst experiences you can put yourself and your family through. I'm wondering why I have done this exact thing, 14 times in 30 years now... Well, it seems that over that time there have only been a few agents, and even fewer actual staff that sweep aside the usual caricature of the "estate agent". Molly in particular, is one of these people. She has this blend of humility, humanity, deep knowledge of the market, professionalism, and communication skills. Viewers love her. Sellers value her. Boundless energy, enthusiasm and reassurance are her norm. She somehow balances the needs of the buyer, with the needs of the seller and keeps the plates spinning. Her written, and verbal communication is instant. She has been proactive in chasing leads and in bringing them to tangible conclusions. This is not something that has always been possible in the past, with other Newbury based agents. In my view, Mollie, and the wider Winkworth team, are setting the standards by which other agents should be judged by, and should aspire to match.

Rosella (and her team) at Winkworth Ferndown have been absolutely superb in securing the sale of our house in Ferndown. At the outset, she was keen to understand our situation and suggested a realistic pricing strategy that reflected the stagnation in our market segment and the extremely difficult conditions/sentiment that were prevailing (rather than just pitching an unfeasibly high price to try to secure the mandate - which seemed to be the norm with other agents).
