My experience with Winkworth was so far one of the best experiences that I’ve had with a letting agency in Northampton. They are very professional, they are very good at their job and they are there to help you and answer the phone when is needed. I started renting with them for the first time in December and I am very happy with their services. Nikki was the person that I’ve spoken with the most. She always wanted to help and she made sure that I’m satisfied with all the services that they can offer me. Very happy with her services. Another person that I would like to mention is Ian. He was very responsive and made sure that the condition of the flat is ideal before I moved in.

I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

Winkworth have recently sold our house and we were very pleased with the service we received from them. Particular mention must be made of Matt Bouch, who not only kept us informed but worked tirelessly to move the process along, despite this being difficult at times.

We purchased a property in December 2021 which was being marketed by Winkworth in Banstead. All members of the team were friendly, approachable, always responsive and available to assist with any queries or issued. A pleasure to deal with throughout.

We just completed on a house in Southwold bought through Winkworth. All the staff were very helpful throughout with special mention to our main contact Rebecca who was brilliant with helping us get it over the line in a number of ways and a pleasure to deal with. If only all estate agents were this good!
