Having searched for over 2 years for a home, Winkworth having never dealt with them before, was the only estate agent who took my call, and squeezed me in for a booking at short notice to meet my needs. The agent who I met with was a people person & allowed me to look around on my terms, answering my questions but just as important made me feel at ease, he also was kind enough to allow my partner at short notice to view the house. Communication throughout the buying process has been amazing, and it’s only taken 5 weeks from viewing to collecting the keys. Every now and then I was being called for updates on the vendors side & what if anything, I need to look into next. A faultless service where we have not had to guess what happens next. The agent who initially took our bid was respectful throughout the viewing & came across an honest guy when questioned on how many others had views the property. The following members of staff who have dealt was us have been respectful, and explained in Simone terms the process, answering questions without belittling or thinking we should know the answer. Buying a house seemed a complicated process but if you buy or sell via Winkworth Hellsdom, I believe you’ll be in a good place.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ollie and Ellie at Winkworth Tiverton in the search of a property in the area.
