Cant rate these guys highly enough when buying through them. Despite their obligations being with the seller they went above and beyond in helping me with the sale of my own property and advised me how best to manage things up to an eventual exchange.

David helped on a daily basis in the process, with a very rigorous and professional approach and at the same time understanding all the difficulties and supporting us closely. We could count on him at any time of the day; he was always very nice, irrespective of how many questions we continuously posed him. We rented through Winkworth and from start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Paperwork to secure the property was managed quickly, and they were understanding on our timelines. The team were also excellent in communicating the couple of minor issues we had at the property, and were helpful and considerate in wrapping up the return of our deposit promptly and fighting our corner with the landlord when our tenancy ended.
