We are looking for a flat in Rotherhithe, and Alex showed us some properties on Saturday. He was friendly and professional, asking good questions to find out what we were looking for, and offered some great insights about the area and the market. Despite this being an obviously busy day for viewings, he did not make us feel rushed, and tool the time to talk us through the places we visited; I was very impressed by the amount of information he knew without needing to refer to any notes too! We felt that he really cared, and are looking forward to dealing with him again as we continue our search.

We exchanged on a flat in Maida Vale on Friday last week. From first arranging the initial appointment to view the flat right up until we exchanged last week, Winkworth's Dominic Hallett has been nothing but professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. With a great team of solicitors, Dominic was very easy to collaborate with and it always felt like we were working towards the same shared goal. He was understanding and flexible where necessary, but always had his client's best interest at heart.
