Would not hesitate to recommend Ian and Winkworths. The photos for a start were amazing (compared to another agent I was using for another sale), they really showed the place off. There were (unrelated to Winkworths) issues towards the end of the sale process which Ian personally got involved in and sorted without question. No question, a great estate agent!

We had a very difficult seller but Matt & Nigel ensured the whole process was completed on time with all legalities being taken care of. Winkworth fully manage my BTL and they have been super efficient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, even working with the previous agent (who aren’t the easiest to work with) to ensure a smooth handover. My agent George was excellent at sourcing quality tenants very quickly and he has made managing the property stress-free. Why are Winkworth a 5 ⭐️ agency? 1. They listen to what you want and come to you with a solution focussed approach. 2. They had my property up and on the market within 1 day (I required an urgent let). 3. Quality tenants were sourced within 5 days (whilst the previous agents struggled for 4 weeks and still couldn’t deliver). 4. Communication is very good and always helpful, swift and professional. 5. George is just a pleasure to deal with. Overall, they’ve been a joy to deal with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.
