For about thirty years, the company managed our 2-bed property in Kentish Town which was rented out while we were living overseas. When eventually we came to sell the property we asked Winkworth to help with the sale, which has now been completed. The sale was not so easy. Property market conditions were quite difficult and, just as we were preparing to exchange contracts, our original buyer pulled out so Winkworth had to find another buyer. Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly.
