Matt made me feel very comfortable when he was marketing the house. I found dealing with both Matt and Nigel very efficient. When I need help with finding a solicitor and house clearance they were very helpful. Anytime I called them and they were not available they would call me back relatively quickly - I did not have to chase them at all. They constantly kept me in the loop all the time. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Henry and team at Winkworth in Farnham recently successfully completed our house sale. On the marketing, viewings and negotiations front it was expertly handled, a very smooth experience with the outcome we wanted. They are a highly professional and friendly bunch. The quantity and suitability of prospective buyers was strong. The chain however was problematic due to someone at the bottom of the chain using a cheap 'warehouse conveyancer'... top tip - you should never use one! This was beyond our control, it caused a lot of stress, but Henry was able to navigate his way through and kept the chain intact to successful completion. We would highly recommend Winkworth Farnham.

Faith and her team at Winkworth are excellent at their job. Faith’s advice on the marketing strategy and the price point of my flat in Parson’s Green was spot on. She was as keen to get the flat sold as I was which I think is a reflection of Faith being the owner and director rather than being part of a ruthless corporation which is all about targets and not what is best for the client.
