I rented my first ever flat with Winkworth in 2011 so knew they tend to attract great properties and offer a very different experience to other London estate agents. This time was no different. Chené was incredibly reassuring and helpful - I felt she had my back. She responded promptly to all my emails and made the process a breeze.

We met with 3 local estate agents before chosing to go with Winkworks. Hannah was a total star - really on the ball with communication & all the practicalities of letting our place. She was enthusiastic about our property while being realistic about the price we could get. We feel in safe hands!

We have recently used Winkworth to sell our property and have been working with Sam. I initialled had booked for Winkworth and another estate agents to value our house, but after my first meeting with Sam decided to cancel the other company and proceed with Winkworth, which is testament to Sam and the great job he did in preparing for our valuation. He was knowledgeable, professional but also didn’t come across too pushy which for me is always a worry with things like selling your house. He has kept us fully informed throughout the sale process and managed to market our house so that it sold in less than a week for more than the asking price. When finding a flat to rent, we had a particularly good experience with Lettings Manager James from Winkworth's Hammersmith branch, who was super friendly, really helpful and got the process in motion so quickly! He went out of his way to be available for help and advice whenever we needed it, from viewings and documents, to communication with the owner of the property, and he made the process so easy from start to finish. We couldn't have been happier!
