I have recently rented my flat using Winkworth West Hampstead. The service I have received from Jack and Nicole was superb. They had found me a suitable tenant at the agreed price quickly and were professional in guiding me through the process. I also really appreciated their human touch and sense of humour, which made my move less stressful. I have already recommended their services to my friends.

We were buying a house through Winkworth and completed our move during Lockdown 2. Naturally we were very apprehensive about whether the move could proceed and what implications this could through our way. Lori and James were extremely supportive, offering good recommendations for surveyors who could meet with our tight timescales and answering all our questions. Outstanding service from Lewis at Winkworth, he made the process of purchasing our house so much easier and a lot less stressful, I really don't think we could've got this far without all the support and help from Lewis. We had some difficulties with the conveyancers and Lewis was always on hand to help, he'd call and chase anything we needed, he went absolutely above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. Winkworths were recommended to us by a former neighbour and we have marketed two homes with them in the past 18 months, one property was ours and the other belonged to my later father in law.
