James maintained clear and consistent communication with us at every stage. E.g Accepting last minute calls, very fast to respond over WhatsApp, making a point to regularly drop in for updates and always communicating updates and processes clearly. He also liaised effectively with our solicitor, ensuring that everyone remained aligned, which was critical given the tight stamp duty deadline we were working against. Thanks to his diligence and competence, we managed to complete just in time—something that we did not expect to achieve. Beyond his professionalism, James was also a pleasure to work with. He brought a friendly, optimistic energy to the process and demonstrated a real commitment to achieving a positive outcome for all parties involved. We had such a great experience with Winkworth Wimbledon. We especially appreciated Stephen and Syed for their help. They were extremely kind, professional and supportive throughout the rental process. Both were extremely responsive in their communication. At the first viewing, Stephen was so positive and encouraging. Without him, we may never have put in the offer that landed us our dream flat.
