We've just completed on the sale of our flat in Southbourne and Ariana from Winkworth Southbourne was excellent from the moment she took over our sale from the estate agent who had recently left. I was initially a bit worried about the change in agent but I shouldn't have been - she was absolutely brilliant. Any hiccup or bump in the road (perhaps expected when trying to sell a house during a pandemic) were immediately communicated and worked on. She was responsive, knowledgeable, articulate and personable. I really felt like she was fighting my corner and on my team at all times. We were buying a family home and there’s an emotional tag that comes with this - she offered continual advice about all aspects (both buying and selling), along with recognising and easing my anxieties about delays and set backs, which were entirely out of Winkworth’s control. If ever things felt like they were stalling or going off-course, she was there to immediately steer it back in direction. Ariana is an absolute gem and a credit to Winkworth.

Started looking for a house with Gareth a year ago. He kept in touch all the time making sure I knew when a property was coming onto the market. Other agents just sent me emails of properties which were a bit hit and miss. Gareth always informed me of details that were within the guidelines and price that we discussed when we registered with Winkworth. We purchased a beach hut through Winkworth and had the same attention to detail as if we were buying a high end home not a 6 x 8 wooden shed. I have also used Winkworth to value a home and they gave me honest feedback and a good understanding of the current market nationally and for this area. Everyone in the office is always so welcoming and they were so excited for me when we purchased a home even though it wasn't one of their listings. Highly recommended.

I moved to Brighton in May from London did not know anybody here Emma was absolutely wonderful she was so helpful in every aspect of the purchase of my lovely flat. They are experienced, they know the area well, and they have made themselves available for important questions as well as points of detail and managing the relation with the landlord.
