If I could give 6-stars, I would! We just purchased our first flat and Winkworth represented the buyer. Andrew was always extremely responsive and helped get all of the answers we needed. We ran in to a couple of unexpected road blocks at the end of the transaction, and while the clock was ticking down, Andrew went above and beyond, working tirelessly to coordinate with all parties to get the paper work we needed. He's extremely pro-active and didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and problem solve along with us. When it comes time to sell the flat in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrew.

I rented for a year from Winkworth and they were great from start to finish, but the real star player was Mariola - her role involves looking after the needs of those renting with Winkworth and from the very beginning she went above and beyond. She came round on her day off to introduce herself and discuss anything that needed fixing; she was immediately responsive for anything requests or questions I had throughout the whole tenancy.
